    • Your post was so perfect, Alana. I had to share it. It is such an important issue. What people still don’t understand is that, when you break your leg, it must be treated and heal. Depression is no different. It must also be treated correctly and take time to heal. The world is changing and people are starting to understand that the brain can be injured too and can be repaired. Once we better learn how and learn to share this, the world will be a better place and we will all be better people. Thank you for taking the time to share your truth.
